		<description>Great article indeed! I follow all these tips and I also drink as much water as possible each day.  I drink like 6 or 7 bottles of mineral water of 0.5 liters.

once a week i eat fries but i don&#039;t bake them in oil i boil them first and then i bake them with a little bit of sprinkle olive oil and some spices. and small portions of those of course and ketchup is a better option than the mayo. Trying to eat as low fat that i possible can, having great results.</description>
