		<description>I definitely will be looking in to this book.  It seems that North American culture, as a whole, is very ignorant about nutrition.  I do not mean ignorant in a negative way, we are simply unaware of what is categorized as good and bad anymore.  (I thought I should clarify, as &quot;ignorant&quot; often has negative connotations).  Someone my age, in their mid-twenties, was raised on processed food that severely depleted fruits and vegetables, and had to learn later in life (after several fad diets failed).  There are so many contradicting &quot;facts,&quot; fads and diet plans, it is no wonder everyone is confused.  Not to mention, we are surrounded by quick food everywhere and I am willing to bet over 90% does not make it in to the &quot;healthy&quot; category.  Thank you for this book option!</description>

once a week i eat fries but i don&#039;t bake them in oil i boil them first and then i bake them with a little bit of sprinkle olive oil and some spices. and small portions of those of course and ketchup is a better option than the mayo. Trying to eat as low fat that i possible can, having great results.</description>
