I did a lot of research this 2010 and read a lot of blogs about weight loss and I think 2011 will be the perfect year to make that dream really happen. 		<description>I am not so sure that just dieting can loose your weight. Because dieting means making yourself feel starve and starving is not the answer to any thing. Its lie you have to eat those things which provides you with necessary nutrients and you need to do some sort of exercise too...</description>
